Browse, fork, or rank community templates published by other users.

?? User Content & Community Templates

When you use our tier list builder to publish a template publicly into the community directory, you:

Retain full ownership of the original text and structure you have created.
Grant TierFast a non-exclusive license to publicly display your template inside our site so others can use it.
Confirm that your uploaded content does not maliciously infringe on 3rd party intellectual property rights.

Tier lists you build dynamically in your browser without publishing to the community are kept entirely private on your device.

?? Prohibited Conduct

While formatting and publishing tier lists with TierFast, you strictly agree not to:

Upload violent, illegal, explicit, or inherently hateful images to community templates.
Create tier lists designed entirely to harass or defame particular individuals.
Spam the community feed with identical clone templates.
Attempt to unfairly spam API requests against the AI generation endpoints.

?? Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of your TierFast account and removal of your templates.

?? Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

TierFast is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without explicit warranties. Since this is a free tier list generator, we do not fully guarantee that the service will remain uninterrupted forever.

To the maximum extent legally permitted, TierFast shall not be liable for incidental damages, losses of locally stored ranking data, or interruptions to the service.
